The Service involves the uploading of user photos, which are then processed and analyzed by our partnered AI provider. The Service provides fashion feedback and rating on user uploaded photos.

3. User Responsibilities

(a) You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the use of the Service.

(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

(c) You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on the Service.

(a) By uploading content to the Service, you grant Manatee Media, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service.

(b) You acknowledge and agree that Manatee Media, LLC shall own all rights, titles, and interests in and to all processed data and results generated by the Service, and that such data and results may be used for any business purpose, including, but not limited to, marketing, research, and development.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or interferes with the use of the Service by others.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and Manatee Media, LLC expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Manatee Media, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Integration with Third-party Services

13. Public Reviews & Community Conduct

FashionAdvice.ai now surfaces public outfit reviews to power the explore feed, leaderboard, and pseudonymous profile pages. When you upload an outfit, the resulting review will be public unless you toggle the privacy control during upload or at any point afterward. Public reviews display your outfit image, scores, improvement suggestions, and pseudonym or display name. You may update your display name at any time.

By keeping a review public, you grant FashionAdvice.ai the right to showcase that content on fashionadvice.ai, marketing properties, and social channels for the purpose of highlighting community activity. If you switch a review to private or delete it, we will remove it from public feeds and initiate deletion of hosted media from our storage and CDN layers.

All public content must follow our community guidelines: no hate speech, harassment, explicit imagery, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property. Reviews can be reported directly from the public review page. We reserve the right to hide or remove any review, disable public visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
